Our Multi-Role Placard really is the central "heart" for our Strike Suite Micro Rig system. We've really thought through every square inch of the design in this modular Micro Rig system. Our base component, the Multi-Role Placard, allows the end user to fully customize their rig to their specific mission requirements.
The Multi Role Placard can be used in a stand-alone configuration, utilizing the H-Shoulder Harness and Back Strap. Or, it can be mounted directly on a fragmentation vest. Compatible with the currently issued CAF ballistic vest, as well as many other commonly used industry standard* vests and chest rigs.
A removable hook & loop retaining wall insert comes with the placard. Covered with Loop fastener, the wall insert separates the interior of the placard into 2 sections, and allows for the user to install and mount flaps, as well as mag inserts (Elastic Triple 5.56 Insert, or the Elastic Double Pistol Insert). The Multi-Role Placard can fit up to 6 magazines secured in place in the interior with x2 of our Elastic Triple 5.56 Inserts installed. Also compatible with popular Reflex mag inserts.
The loop fastener divider is semi-rigid, and sewn with quality materials to maintain its structure over time. The divider can be easily removed if you're carrying anything oversized, such as a C9 drum box of ammunition. The C9 box will fit very nicely in the pocket, and can be retained with the C9/M249 Box Strap.
The interior of the placard is fully loop fastener lined, allowing for customization with our STRIKE SUITE inserts. The front has a large loop fastener area for customization. The rear has Hook fastener, to secure snugly into place on your ballistic vest. If the Multi-Role placard is being used as part of a stand alone rig without a ballistic vest, the Backer Pad (not included) can be placed on the rear hook fastener for added comfort.
When viewing the placard from the side, there are two lines of MOLLE. Glow sticks can be attached to the MOLLE on the side, or a small pouch can be attached here with malice clips (our GPSC pouch fits nicely). The webbing loops that are sewn into the side of the placard (on which the side release buckles are placed on), stick out 30 mm, allowing for a bayonet to be mounted on.
At the bottom are 2 eyelets for drainage, or if desired the user can run shock cord through the eyelets to retain items necessary to the mission. We've spaced the eyelets 4" apart to allow for retention of a tourniquet if desired.
Constructed with military spec materials, and Cordura nylon fabric.
