The MUT Pouch (Mini Utility Tactical Pouch): This dual-zippered, padded square pouch is designed to function as a super compact, mini medical case.

Four elasticized loops on the interior for securing items in place, as well as two open pockets for tucking small items. An ideal size for a small first aid kit set-up (holding small dressings, pressure bandages, etc...).

Can also be used as a mini general utility pouch. Loop fastener area on the front of the case measures 4" x 4", plenty of space for patches. On the back is MOLLE straps with snap button closure. Can be attached to any MOLLE platform, or can also be attached directly to a belt.

Dimensions: 4.75" Wide by 4.75" tall, about 1.5" deep.

Good design, too small

Bought one of these with the idea in mind of it acting as a sort of mini IFAK. It's very well made, the straps on the back instead of malice clips are great, but when they say mini they aren't kidding. It's just too small for the role I was hoping to use it in. It's also unfortunately too small to be very useful as an admin pouch. The dimensions given are accurate, but it was hard to visualize without seeing it in reality.

I couldn't replicate the loadout they have in the picture. Same pieces (I think), but couldn't make it fit.

This pouch but 25% bigger would be a real winner.

Well made but small.

I bought this as a personal aid kit but it’s very small. Now, that’s not the companies problem because they give clear dimensions and it’s my fault for not doing a mock up. But it needs to be just a bit bigger to be functional for me.
And the TCCC is too big. It overwhelms the area I have available on my vest.
