I just received my CPGear pacer beads and they are exactly as desired with room for a couple of tweaks.
First, the rubber beads are head and shoulders above the acrylic craft beads common on many other examples of the type. Top marks!
The cord was black rather than OD as depicted. I'd rather have the green, but that's a trivial issue.
The overall length looks shorter than depicted. Mostly that's small beer, but the top loop could be twice as large to facilitate affixing to a ruck strap by passing the loop under the strap and tucking the tail end through the loop. I managed, but only around the 1/2in sternum strap on my ruck. It won't pass readily around a 1in strap without bunching the strap.
Considering that the cordage is the cheapest part of the whole item (vs beads and assembly costs), it wouldn't hurt to be a little more generous. I may pull the beads off and restring them myself, but I'll drive it 'as is' for now and see if that's worth the bother.
Overall, excellent product. Would recommend. Will buy again.
