We will DEFAULT to upper case characters when we make your nametape. For example, if you enter "Smith" we will send you a nametape that says "SMITH". If you would like to have a combination of upper and lower case characters (McDONALD, for example) please be sure to indicate this in a message to us, and we'll be sure to do that for you.

We can ALSO do other language characters or special letters like... ö, ê, Æ, ǽ, Ç, û. Just send us your unique letters, and we will embroider them exactly as you have sent them to us.
