To Order: Upload an image of your actual medal ribbon bar for our reference. Make sure it is a good resolution, close-up cell image. We can do most types of medals as long as we have a good, clear photo to work off of (we've made medal ribbon patches for police, RCMP, Canadian, American, and international medals as well).
Pricing: Medal Ribbons (style A) start at $12 ea for a single ribbon and go up from there.
THE PROCESS (what to expect after you place your order): We make your custom made ribbon patch on an individual basis. Once we receive your order, we'll make up a software preview of your badge and email it to you for approval.
👉 Check your email (3-4 days): Please keep an eye on your email, we'll usually reach out to you within 3-4 business days after you've placed your order with your software preview. Make sure you check all the details carefully on the preview, once you've given the go-ahead on the design, we will not able to make any changes since your badge will already be in production. Since these badges are custom-made we do not accept returns/exchanges on medal ribbons.
👉 Production time (7-10 days): Following your approval of the software preview, the time required to produce your patch is 7 to 10 days.
IMPORTANT (MUST READ): Our Embroidered Ribbon Medals vs Actual Issued Ribbon Medals: Our embroidered medal ribbon patches are in NO way an exact duplicate of the authentic issued medal ribbons. Our embroidered ribbon patches are for fun and recreational use only, they're only an approximate version of the real thing. If you require an exact colour match of your Ribbons to be made into a patch then do NOT order these patches.
We try to match the thread colours as close to the real thing as possible but sometimes this is not possible. For example, authentic medal ribbons have many different shades of yellow or gold. We only offer one shade of yellow and two shades of gold. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our Medal Ribbon Patches if you are not satisfied with the colour matching.
