Comes in two parts. The fleece layer has a elasticized cord that can be pulled to fit even more snugly around the eyes and face. The tactical nylon windbreaker secures into place on the balaclava with hook & loop tabs. The windbreaker outer layer creates a warm shell to protect and insulate from wind + cold.
The tactical windbreaker also allows you to go from field use to civilian use. The balaclava is great for the snowmobile too! Or under a helmet.
