Blank Shoulder Patch
This patch fits in place to cover the large Velcro area of the arm of the new CF uniforms. The patch measures 4.25" wide, by 4.5" tall, and has a tab at the bottom (for easy removal).
Also fits on the velcro bit on the tac vest sides.
