We use 1 3/4" Military Spec Nylon Webbing and then we sew the hell out of it! Olive, Black and Coyote Brown colour options are sew using only bare webbing. For Canadian Digital Camo, Canadian Digital Desert Camo, and Multicam colour options, we will cover the webbing using 500d Cordura fabric.
Please Note: You should not ever need to remove the buckle but if you wish to remove the webbing from the buckle, we recommend using a light pair of plier's on the webbing to help pull it through. The webbing is very snug at the very tip of the belt because of the nylon tape end cap reinforcement. It will loosen up after some wear.
