The shoulder straps are easy to install, durable, lightweight, easy to adjust, and very comfortable. Almost perfect!
However, I don't find the quick-release to be all that quick. Just as quick to undo the hip & shoulder belts, and let the shoulder straps slide off.
I also would have liked some Molle Webbing on the straps for small pouches.

Shoulder Straps (for 64 Ruck)
They are decent, however I would have liked thicker padding like the hip belt. It is fine when wearing over body armour, but isn't as good without armour. I have changed out the chest strap with a fastex style buckles since I didn't like the snap dragon buckle. But that is personal preference and can be easily changed.

Must have for the ruck sack system
Good quality, very comfortable, light weight.
The quick release device is unique but works well.
