Custom Medal Ribbon Decal

To Order: 

1) Upload an image of your actual medal ribbon bar for our reference. Make sure it is a good resolution, close-up, straight on image. We can do most types of medals as long as we have a good, clear photo to work off of (we've made medal ribbon patches for police, RCMP, Canadian, American, and international medals as well).

2) Please write out the names of your medals. For the decals, we require both an image of your medals and a list of the medals written out.

Small decal pricing:

• 1-6 Medals $9 or $10 (reflective)
• 7-12  Medals $13 or $14 (reflective)
• 13-18 Medals $15 or $16.50 (reflective)
• 19-24 Medals $16 or $18 (reflective)
  

Large decal pricing:

• 1-6 Medals $12 or $15 (reflective)
• 7-12 Medals $15 or $16.75 (reflective)
• 13-18 Medals $17 or $19 (reflective)
• 19-24 Medals $19.50 or $22 (reflective)

Decals are available in non-reflective or reflective. For the reflective decals, the white area of your medal ribbon bar will appear light silver and not true white. This is reflective material showing through.

We use a permanent decal glossy vinyl media to make these medal ribbon decals. You can stick them on a window, your truck, laptop, etc...they are very long lasting. Apply to a clean surface.

We can add text or other emblems as well to your decal (pilot wings for example), please contact us at marika@cpgear.com for a quote.

Small decal - medals are 11 mm tall - same overall size as the actual medal ribbons. 

Large decal (medals are 20 mm tall):

The overall length of the decal is going to vary depending on what medals you have, as the individual medals are all different widths.

THE PROCESS (what to expect after you place your order): We make your custom made ribbon decals on an individual basis. Once we receive your order, we'll make up a software preview of your decal and email it to you for approval.

👉  Check your email (1-4 days): Please keep an eye on your email, we'll usually reach out to you within 3-4 business days after you've placed your order with your software preview. Make sure you check all the details carefully on the preview, once you've given the go-ahead on the design, we will not able to make any changes since your decal will already be in production. Since these decals are custom-made we do not accept returns/exchanges.

👉  Production time (7-10 days): Following your approval of the software preview, the time required to produce your decal is 5 to 10 days.

IMPORTANT (MUST READ): Our Embroidered Ribbon Medals & Decals vs Actual Issued Ribbon Medals: Our embroidered medal ribbon patches or decals are in NO way an exact duplicate of the authentic issued medal ribbons. Our embroidered ribbon patches & decals are for fun and recreational use only, they're only an approximate version of the real thing. If you require an exact colour match of your Ribbons to be made into a patch then do NOT order these.

We try to match the colours as close to the real thing as possible but sometimes this is not possible. For example, authentic medal ribbons have many different shades of yellow or gold. We only offer one shade of yellow and two shades of gold. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our Medal Ribbon Patches or Decals if you are not satisfied with the colour matching.
